 Jennifer is the heart and mind behind the Natural Therapies Expo and Festival. Inspired by a vision to connect natural therapists, healers, wellness practitioners, and natural & organic retailers with the communities of Macarthur, Wollondilly, and the Southern Highlands, she created a vibrant platform that celebrates holistic living and community wellbeing. 

 Through her Samadhi Centre Contemplative Practices,  dedicated online course platform,  offers accessible, Buddhist-inspired teachings tailored to support the challenges of modern life.  Adapted for Western learners, the courses provide practical tools for navigating stress, cultivating mindfulness, and deepening spiritual insight—all from the comfort of home. Whether you're just beginning your journey or seeking to enrich your practice, the Samadhi Centre welcomes you into a space of reflection, compassion, and transformation. 

 Jennifer is also the founder of Tibetan Emporium, an online store that showcases handcrafted spiritual items from Tibet and Nepal. This venture not only supports traditional artisans but also brings the beauty and symbolism of Himalayan culture into homes across Australia and beyond. 

 These three initiatives converge in service of a greater purpose: the founding of Lotus Hearts Buddhist Institute Inc., a not-for-profit organisation and the first Geshe-ma-led Tibetan Buddhist centre in Australia. With a focus on authentic teachings, community outreach, and mindfulness education, the Institute reflects Jennifer’s deep commitment to the Dharma and her aspiration to benefit others on a profound level. 

 Together, Jennifer’s projects form a harmonious ecosystem—each supporting and amplifying the other. Proceeds from her ventures help fund meaningful local and international initiatives, such as the development of a Buddhist nunnery in the remote Himalayas and programs for women’s spiritual education.
