Hosted by the Natural Therapies Expo, the SH Wellness Gatherings are here to nurture genuine connections, collaborative support, and mutual inspiration — not just once a year, but throughout the seasons.
We are a gathering of:
- natural therapies practitioners,
- wellness businesses,
- holistic healers, and
- kindred spirits who believe that by sharing our knowledge, kindness, and strengths, we all grow stronger together.
Monthly Gatherings
Join Us for Our Monthly Meetups
We meet, once a month during school hours at the peaceful
Samadhi Centre in Braemar.
Our gatherings are picnic-style meetups, with tea, coffee, and light snacks provided.
There’s no cost to attend — though, a donation is appreciated, but not required, with all proceeds going to the Lotus Hearts Buddhist Institute.
Weather permitting, we gather outside under open skies; if needed, we move indoors to a calm and welcoming space.
