The Natural Therapies Expo & Festival is an annual wellness event bringing together local practitioners, natural therapies, handmade products, workshops, talks, and healing experiences — all under one roof at Mittagong RSL.
Since 2022, the Expo has created a welcoming space where the Southern Highlands community can discover new modalities, connect with local businesses, and explore holistic wellbeing in an approachable and grounded way.

Jennifer (Jen) is the founder and organiser of the Natural Therapies Expo & Festival, created from a vision to bring together wellness practitioners, conscious businesses, and community connection within the Southern Highlands.
With over two decades immersed in holistic wellbeing, contemplative practice, and community-focused initiatives, Jen is passionate about creating meaningful spaces where people can reconnect, learn, and feel supported.
The Expo reflects her commitment to supporting local practitioners, small businesses, ethical products, and accessible wellbeing experiences for the wider community.
